SA has maintained strong cooperative relationships with various municipalities, counties, boards of education, and public agencies throughout the State of New Jersey. The services provided have ranged from traffic reviews of site plans and impact studies to the preparation of circulation elements of master plans and traffic signal designs. Serving as the On-Call Traffic Consultant to Atlantic City since 2000, SA has reviewed some of the largest developments in the State over the past decade. Additionally, SA is currently appointed as the Municipal Traffic Engineer of both Cranbury Township and Freehold Township, as well as the Alternate Traffic Engineer of Hamilton Township.
