Mr. Shropshire has specialized in traffic engineering, planning and design since 1980. He has been recognized as a traffic engineer, noise and air quality expert, and planner to over 150 municipal and county boards/commissions in the tri-state area, and has served as an eminent domain consultant to NJDOT and the private sector. Mr. Shropshire is licensed as a Professional Engineer in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware, and a Professional Planner in New Jersey. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona. As a professional traffic consultant to Atlantic City, Mr. Shropshire has reviewed some of the largest developments in the State over the past decade.
Mr. Feranda has over 20 years of professional experience providing traffic engineering, planning and design services. His expertise includes design of roadway and intersection improvements, traffic studies, access permitting, and municipal traffic consulting. Mr. Feranda is licensed as a Professional Engineer in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, is certified as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE), and is a Certified Municipal Engineer (C.M.E.). He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University, and currently serves as the Director of the New Jersey Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). Mr. Feranda has served as the Municipal Traffic Engineer to Cranbury Township since 2004, and Freehold Township since 2006.
Mr. Barranger has over 15 years of professional experience providing traffic engineering, design, and sound level services. His expertise includes design of roadway and intersection improvements, traffic signal design, and noise / sound level assessments. Mr. Barranger is licensed as a Professional Engineer in New Jersey, and is a Certified Noise Technician. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware. Mr. Barranger has designed traffic signals and roadway improvements for over 200 projects along State, County, and Municipal roadways throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Mosley has over 12 years of professional experience in traffic engineering, planning, and air quality services. His expertise includes traffic studies, transportation planning, access permitting, and air quality assessments. Mr. Mosley is licensed as a Professional Engineer in New Jersey, and is a Certified Municipal Engineer (C.M.E.). He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University. Mr. Mosley has prepared traffic studies for over 200 projects throughout the State. He has also provided air quality services for projects required to meet National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) by CAFRA, Pinelands Commission, and municipal ordinance requirements.
